Roland Medrano

Chief Executive Officer

Roland Medrano is co-owner and CEO of La Mega Media Inc. In addition, he is the Founder and Managing Director of Regal International, a management and investment firm, emanating from his extensive apparel/retail career in international sourcing and supply chain management. In 2014 Roland acquired the Office Evolution franchise to provide flexible office spaces and co-working environments to independent professionals and small businesses, serving the Columbus metro area with 3 locations in Dublin, Worthington and Easton Town Center. In 2016, he acquired interest in Coastal Waters, an apparel lifestyle brand based in Starkville, MS.  In 2019, Roland became the principal and CEO at La Mega Media, Inc to acquire TSJ Media and create the largest Hispanic media platform in the Midwest (outside Chicago) that now operates 4 radio stations (Columbus, Cincinnati, Cleveland and Pittsburgh) and a newspaper with distribution throughout Ohio, Pittsburgh and Northern Kentucky. In 2023 Roland became the principal and Chief Investment Officer at Envisify Global Intelligence, an AI-powered with SaaS technology to help businesses understand the heart and soul of their audiences. Finally, Roland serves on the boards of Ohio Excels and Hispanic Chamber of Columbus.

Born in Lima, Peru his family moved to Washington DC in 1968 where he grew up and graduated from American University with a B.A. in Economics.
